Hand constructed sculpture made with found materials sourced by hand from the coastline of Anglesey.

Backstory

I have a hank of pink rope that I hadn't used until I created this piece. It’s always interesting to see the subtle variation in tone of the weathered rope strands when they are bound tightly together. I like the ‘Fruit Salad’ colour combination reminiscent of the small, chewy sweets I enjoyed as a child with sticky wrappers that took great determination to remove.
